Some of My Custom Fields Aren’t Showing

In order to improve the performance of MyFusion Helper, we cache certain data elements so that we don't have to goto the API every time you load a screen. This reduces the overall API usage and also improves performance. It does mean, however, that under some circumstances, you may need to “refresh” your data.

This is especially true with custom fields. Since custom fields are pretty stagnant and not being created all of the time, we cache them. So, when you create a new custom field inside of Infusionsoft, you'll need to refresh the data in MyFusion Helper. Don't worry though, we've made this as easy as possible for you with a single one-click button access. The refresh button looks like this:

This button is found on many of the Helpers and works the same way everywhere. After you click on the Refresh button, just wait a few seconds and your data should all be up to date.
